* Providers are required to enthusiastically and safely supervise children ranging from the age of 6 weeks to 12 years old in a group childcare center.
* Must demonstrate the ability to provide a loving nurturing and safe approach while effectively interacting and working with children, parents and families and co-workers in a structured environment according to center and state requirements.
* Providers must be dependable in performance, attendance and fulfil all required work schedules, documentation, employee roles and responsibilites.
* All candidates must be certified.
Wee Care will train the best qualified and right fit candidates and provide them with the necessary training tools and course materials for professional development.
Candidates hired without certifications will be required to complete the minimum certifications within strict timeline prior to next level advancement.
* All candidates are required to submit to fingerprinting and satisfy state criminal background checks with a clear record as determined by the state of Wisconsin.
* All candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with parents, children, leads and supervisors.
* Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal instruction and documentation .
* Must be physically fit and capable to safely care for children, engage in playground activities, climb steps, work indoor and outdoor and related temperatures and weather.
* Engage in team collaboration with co-workers, parents and families, and educators with the goal of improving early education and childcare systems and procedures.
