ISO small dog (Houghton, MI)

We are looking for a small dog to join our family.
I am in search of small breed of dog less than five years old.
I am willing to pay a rehoming fee in cash and can meet anywhere in the UP or northern Wisconsin.
I own my own home with a large backyard.
I have been searching on here and it's hard to find small dogs so I thought I'd try it this way.
