Cat rehoming (HANCOCK)

Female cat to a good home.
She is fixed.
Not declawed.
She is approximately 4 years old.
She's an indoor outdoor cat.
She mostly stays inside in the winter but likes to wander in the summer and we live in town so I don't want her to hit by a car.
It would be better if she lived in the country.
We have 2 dogs and 3 grown children bit she is kinda picky who she likes.
She has a bit of a personality I guess.
Her name is Lucky.
She does come with a cat tree, window perch, 2 litter boxes, food dishes, bed and a few other things I have laying around.
There's a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home.
