Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate
Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions
Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.
Able to exercise progressive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work, and exceed, in time sensitive environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
