Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
Experience:
- Experience in tube feeding and administering injections
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Case management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment, mammography, cardiac catheterization, medical office procedures, and sterile processing is beneficial
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location]
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- CPR certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
