Reports to: Director FLSA: Non-exempt ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs duties related to the receipt, preparation, scanning, and destruction of health and administrative information.
Drag Edit Delete Scans documents into the EMR system in a timely manner to ensure that information becomes available for patient care.
Drag Edit Delete Performs quality control to ensure the integrity and completeness of document imaging.
Drag Edit Delete Assists with answering phones and greeting visitors.
Drag Edit Delete Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify the cause of errors, problems, or defects.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent *Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
Drag Edit Delete Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
