Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Experience: - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Proficient in patient care skills such as IV insertion, catheterization, wound care, and medication administration.
- Experience in critical care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and interpretation of results.
- Knowledge of memory care principles and techniques for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
