* Charting and providing accurate documentation * Providing direct care and assigning care based upon the needs of the residents * Assisting, education and providing follow-up with other care providers * Answer questions and coordinate with residents, families, visitors and other staff.
* Help maintain a home like environment for our residents - because at Maryhill, WE ARE FAMILY! *Education and Experience Requirements:* * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; * Current Licensed Registered Nurse; in good-standing in the state of Wisconsin (we can help you transfer your license from another state); * Excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in an environment of rapid change; * Ability to participate as a member of the team and lead, educate and provide feedback in a clear and respectful manner.
