Will float between ICU and Med/Surg units as C1 or C2 RN.
Responsibilities: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
Currently licensed by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse, and provides documentation of same.
2.
BCLS required.
4.
Must keep patients safe.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
CCRN recommended.
2.
ACLS required within six months.
3.
PALS required within one year.
4.
Basic Dysrhythmia/ EKG course - post graduation required.
5.
Acute care nursing; one year experience in the capacity of RN, Grad Nurse, or Nurse Intern required.
6.
National Certification as a Med/Surg Nurse recommended.
7.
Demonstrated knowledge in the area of Medical/Surgical Nursing.
8.
Crisis management/restraint training required within sixty days from date of hire.
