Marie, MI* *Duration: 13 Weeks* *Shift: Day 5x8-Hour* *Weekend: Weekend Required* *Call: Call Required (Weeknight call once a week, Weekend call every 6th weekend, Friday through Monday)* *Job Description:* · This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure, and maintains patient safety.
The RN outlines individual care plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of patient during surgical procedures.
Provides leadership to the OR team.
Communicates with the patient and family, OR team, supervisor, manager and ancillary departments.
Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education *Requirements:* · 2+ years of OR experience - *Required* · 2 Supervisory References - *Required* · BLS & ACLS (AHA) – *Required* · Must live 100+ miles from facility address - *Required* · RN License of Michigan State – *Required* · Recent travel experience - *Highly Preferred* Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract Pay: $70.
