We are seeking an exceptional RN for our Home Health & Hospice programs.
Candidate must be reliable, work efficiently and possess critical thinking skills.
Nursing experience and computer charting experience preferred.
Perform OASIS/Evaluation visits for all Home Health and Hospice patients Work every third weekend No on call responsiblity Work four days per week We offer a flexible schedule, recently revised salary and benefits package, and most staff are eligible for an agency-provided vehicle.
