Caught Dreamin' Therapy, a private practice based in Marquette, Michigan, is expanding to provide comprehensive outpatient mental health care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds throughout the state of Michigan.
Our team, currently consisting of 7 licensed therapists and 1 clinic manager, is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, supportive, and flexible work environment that promotes mutual respect and work-life balance.
We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated therapists/counselors to join our team on a full-time basis, offering both telehealth and in-person therapy services.
The ideal candidates will possess:
* A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (with State of Michigan Licensure); LLMSW candidates are also encouraged to apply
* A minimum of 2 years of direct clinician care experience
* Proficiency in providing therapy to diverse patient populations and addressing various presenting problems
* Expertise in conducting intake assessments, forming diagnostic impressions, and developing personalized treatment plans
* Experience and training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
* Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Telehealth platforms
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Sensitivity and awareness of multicultural issues
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
* Possession of good character, emotional stability, and maturity
