The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Information Technology team to ensure that Nicolet is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce system based on the various user group needs.
This position will assist with the full development life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment and serve as technical support for product end-users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide tier 2 escalation support for day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
Ensure optimal performance of responsible systems and products.
Upgrade and configure Salesforce and connected systems for optimized integration.
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
Analyze and implement systems and techniques (including, but not limited to Salesforce) by consulting with end users to determine functional specifications required by end user to meet the needs of a fast-growing environment.
Techniques include, but are not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
Sandbox environment management.
Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders on communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders as needed.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed – import, update, manage, and clean in the Salesforce database.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Upskill Tier 1 user support staff to establish and maintain a product support pipeline.
Monitor and improve user adoption.
New user and ongoing user training.
Create technical documentation to guide users and other admins through new processes and changes.
Collaborate on or lead requirement gathering efforts on Salesforce and adjacent bank initiatives.
For small to medium sized projects be able to take an idea from requirement gathering through deployment and transition to support with minimal supervision.
Be an integral part of the Product and Development team in delivering value for Nicolet’s customers, employees and shareholders.
Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
2 - 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator required.
Prior work experience with banking, investment, or insurance applications and processes preferred.
One or more of the following certifications preferred: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Platform App Builder.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In compliance with the ADA, performance of this job requires certain physical demands.
These demands are as follows but not limited to the ability to sit, stand and walk often throughout the day, constantly be able to operate with their hands and arms, occasionally ascend/descend flights of stairs, position themselves frequently throughout the day, communicate with other employees, able to examine their work and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds while occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
