I am currently in search of a place to live in Ishpeming.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances, I am now in need of a new home.
(My fiancée left me)
However, I am excited to share that I just landed a great job that pays over 18 an hour.
In addition, I also do DoorDash and Instacart on the side to supplement my income.
I must admit, I did not anticipate finding myself in this situation and as a result, I do not have any money saved up at the moment.
But I am determined to get back on my feet and provide a stable home for myself and my two boys.
My oldest son lives downstate, but my youngest son lives here in Ishpeming and it is important for me to be close to him.
I understand that it may be a concern for potential landlords that I do not have any savings, but I want to assure you that I am willing to work hard and pay my rent on time.
As soon as I receive my first paycheck, I will be able to pay the full amount.
In the meantime, I am also willing to make smaller payments while I continue to do gig work on the side.
If needed, I am more than willing to sign a contract or any other form of agreement to ensure that I am a responsible and reliable tenant.
I am a Christian man who takes care of himself and his belongings.
I am 32 years old and my boys mean everything to me.
I am hoping that someone in the community will be able to help me out during this difficult time.
I am a hardworking individual who is determined to provide a stable and loving home for my children.
